Whether you are a student moving to a new city for college or a working professional starting a new job, finding safe and affordable accommodation is the first step. My Thikanas brings PGs (paying guest accommodation), hostels and co-living spaces together in one marketplace, so you can compare options side by side instead of calling owners one by one.
Search by city or area to find PGs near your college, office or IT park. Each listing shows the monthly rent, the amenities included such as Wi-Fi, food, AC and laundry, whether it is for boys, girls or both, and how many beds are free right now.
Prefer a hostel with a mess, or a co-living space with a community feel? Use the type filter to switch between PGs, hostels and co-living, then narrow down by rent range and amenities to find a place that fits your budget and lifestyle.
My Thikanas is also a complete PG management system. Owners manage properties, rooms, beds, tenants, rent invoices, payments, deposits, expenses and complaints in one place, get their own PG website, and show live vacancies to tenants searching the marketplace. See pricing plans
My Thikanas (MyThikanas.com) is an Indian marketplace for PGs (paying guest accommodation), hostels and co-living spaces. It is also the cloud platform PG and hostel owners use to manage their properties, rooms, beds, tenants and rent, so the listings you see come straight from the owner's own records.
Type your city or area in the search bar, or pick one of the popular cities. You can then filter PGs, hostels and co-living spaces by type, monthly rent range, gender preference and amenities such as Wi-Fi, food, AC and laundry, and open any listing to see its rooms, rent and photos.
No. Browsing PG, hostel and co-living listings on My Thikanas is free and does not need an account. When you find a place you like, you can send an enquiry or schedule a visit directly with the owner.
Yes. Every listing shows whether the PG or hostel is for boys, for girls, or for both. Use the Gender Preference filter to see only the accommodation that suits you.
Owners run their rooms and tenancies on My Thikanas, so the number of beds available on a listing comes from their live room and bed records and changes as tenants move in and out.
Click Get Started Free to register your organization. Add your properties, rooms and beds, and your PG gets its own website on mythikanas.com and can appear in the marketplace. The same account lets you manage tenants, rent invoices, payments, deposits, expenses and complaints.
